Vladimir Gritsenko, PR and Communications Director of NAFI, spoke at the section “Development of financial education in the context of improving financial literacy of citizens” of the Forum “Community” organized by the Civic Chamber. Vladimir told about the results of the All-Russian study of financial literacy conducted by NAFI as part of a joint project of the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the World Bank. He also mentioned that nowadays financial sphere is transforming into digital format, and there is a steady request to increase the financial literacy of users in the field of digital financial services.
The section was also attended by Yekaterina Babelyuk, Director of the Department of Public Policy in Higher Education of the Ministry of Science of the Russian Federation, Oksana Stupnikova, Dean of the Department of Economics, Management and Law of the North Caucasus Institute-Branch of the RANEPA, Vadim Finogenov, General Director of PAKK . The section was moderated by Azamat Tlisov, member of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of Education and Science, and Anna Zelentsova, strategic coordinator of the project of the Ministry of Finance of Russia “Promoting Improving Financial Literacy of the Population and Developing Financial Education in the Russian Federation”.
